Hi. I’m Andy Bell a freelance Web Developer/Designer, Photographer and Musician based in Godalming, Surrey UK.

I focus on clean easy to use responsive sites with an emphasis on Web Standards and Search Engine Optimization.
I have many skills including HTML5, CSS4, PHP, jQuery, WordPress theme development and e-commerce.

Fine art photography
I am also a abstract/minimalist photographer. Concerned mainly with colour, lines and shapes. I have developed my unique style by showcasing photos on my successful award winning photoblog Deceptive Media.
